Clair Ward has 25 years of independent school experience including 15 years as head of school. With a proven track record in implementing a wide range of strategic initiatives, Clair relies heavily on her understanding of organizational systems and culture to manage change in the organizations she leads. Clair values her association work having served on both the membership committee for AISNE and the accreditation commission for PAIS for many years. Clair has enjoyed her opportunity to present at NAIS, PoCC, AISNE, and PAIS conferences on topics like DEI leadership, governance, alternative revenue streams, and the link between accreditation and strategy. Clair is an experienced leadership and executive coach and will complete her 100-hour certification with the International Coaching Federation this spring.
