Michael currently serves as the Dean of Studies at the 'Iolani School, overseeing curriculum and instruction, IT, counseling, department heads, and academic operations for a school of 2,200 students and 400 faculty. His leadership has been instrumental in driving innovation and excellence across the school's academic programs.

As Senior Consultant for AI and LLMs at MehtaCognition, Michael brings his extensive experience in educational technology to help institutions navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence in education. He has developed and implemented Machine Learning and Data Science curricula in schools for over a decade, staying at the forefront of technological advancements in education.

With an Ed.D. in Educational and Organizational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, Michael continues to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and practical educational strategies.
